- Cha-am experienced, Bangkok Based
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- At least 5 year sales experience from 4-5 star hotels, corporate and government group focus
- Requires excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Requires a computer literacy, PMS skill
- Have strong leadership, accurate decision making and service minded
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential
- Overall respond for sales and marketing role
- Promotes and produces Sales leads.
- To develop the maximum possibility of sales volume for the hotel and all of its
facilities to the all market through local operators via direct sales efforts.
- To sell and market the hotel in line with the hotel?s sales strategy to achieve
the yearly budget expectations.
- To develop maximum opportunities to generate group sales volume with a view of exceeding budget expectations for room, all F&B related sales
and hotel recreational facilities to the leisure segment.
- Account Management Responsibilities: Local Operators & Travel Agents,Airlines and Overseas Tour Operator Representative Offices locally, Corporate and Government
- To generate travel trade, group and incentive business for the hotel in order to achieve the target profitability for the Leisure Segment by directly soliciting key suppliers and prospecting new clients.
- To establish close relationship with all accounts
- To partake in trade shows, exhibitions and sales trips as required.
- To complete correspondence which will result in generating business for the hotel.
- To maintain and liaise closely with TAT, ATTA, THA, TCEB and TICA.
- To report market feedback, market trends and constantly be aware of and able to advise General Manager on competitors? performance, pricing policy and strategy.
- To analyze and evaluate account production and implement sales action plans with the guidance of the General Manager.
- To prepare daily sales calls and activities and ensure up-to-date reports are input in CRM system as well as maintain account contact information up-to-date for direct mail purposes.
- To meet and greet VIP guests of the hotel and handle complaints when necessary and make all efforts that hotel guests are made as comfortable and content as possible.
- To work closely and enthusiastically with other departments to ensure teamwork and a smooth and efficient operation of the hotel.
- To carry out hotel inspections for Local Operators, Group Organizers and Travel Agents.
- To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Department Head from time to time.
